Powder Coating Unit
- The Company has state of the art Fabrication and Glazing unit with Powder Coating and PVDF coating facilities in Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh.
- International Standards for fabrication are followed as per the norms laid down by ISO Standards using imported machineries from Switzerland and Italy
- Glazing is done in a controlled environment with two-part silicon pump

Powder/PVDF Coating


AGV Fenestration has state of the art Powder Coating and PVDF coating facilities in Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh. The machine is from Nordson, USA which has 30 years old experience in the field of powder coating.
- The company has state of the art facilities for powder coating and PVDF Coating.
- The high performance, International quality powder booth system from Nordson has excelled in powder handling, containment, recovery and recycling.
- The plant has automatic vertical oscillators for spraying guns which provides an extraordinary production capacity of 8 tons per 8hrs
- Automatic vertical oscillator guns not only keep quality on high note but also increases recyclable capability for powder in the process.
- The Conveyorised camel type owen allows uniformity in baking of aluminium sections and reduces heat loss.
- We are doing proper pretreatment and chromate process for aluminium on a 7 tank process.
- Approved paints which company is using are only of pure polyester from Akzo Nobel and Jotun
- The company can match any RAL colours like solid, metallic or any colour matching to client’s specifications depending upon the quantity of material required.
- Powder coating process is Green; The real advantage of powder is the reduction in air pollution compared to liquid coatings. When powders are cured in an oven they emit no VOCs (Volatile Organic Chemicals).
